On Saturday night Becky treated us to a fantastic concert. Playing solo she had us mesmerised, tapping feet and jigging away. There were sea shanties and songs about wind. We think that she'd seen the latest forecast. Well go ahead Becky, whistle up a storm, this next Saturday is the next challenge and this time we're going sailing. The Eddystone Pursuit is the 3rd largest fundraising event in the South-west. The sponsorship that you give to us is multiplied by the charitable trust which offers £30,000 prize money, distributed across all teams. This year there are 72 teams entered. In 2021 Minchinhampton Nkokoto Link was awarded £621.83 of the prize fund and in total we raised £2021. This year we want to raise a total of £2022.

Alison Kennedy (Committee Member/Treasurer/Secretary) and Christian Anders (Skipper/Best Mate) are going to give it a go again. We're in training and moved our home berth to Plymouth (we're on the small boat, not the frigate).
